Following the completion of the interchange, the ADA is considering augmenting one quadrant into a public open park ensconced with an array of restaurants. We developed a preliminary study for requirements. The eateries were integrated along the circular wall and also provided seating on the roof level, with an elevated view. The quadrant north-west of the interchange is to be developed further as a green public park, including user facilities. A safety barrier would separate users from traffic. The project is located adjacent to Abur Bakr Road and the new Sattam Square Interchange. The requirement is to develop a boulevard of coffee shops and to provide public access to an area of the cloverleaf. Our proposal is based on creating a band of coffee shops with terraces facing the green area. The coffee shops are developed inside the circular fence line.
