“Enhancing Natural Topography”. The design approach is to retain the landscape and topography as much as possible. Enhancing the natural landforms by creating dry river beds and pockets of planting. Ground covers envelop around lands forms or down slopes, but are directional, as the linear flow from the rivers. It flows around the centre focal points, accommodating the ‘wadies’. Tree planting is designed to appear natural, in pockets, yet give visual direction to the focal point, which is a tower, raised on a prominent position.
